Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out by the following Tuesday.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Please double check your provided shipping address for any typos or errors.
If you have any issues with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You will have a week from the date of delivery to make any exchanges or returns for store credit. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
Returns can be made for unworn, unwashed, unaltered items. We are happy to exchange an item for a different size as long as we still have the item and size available. Exchanges will ship out once we have received your return.
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. All sale items and items purchased at a discount are final sale. Jewelry, hair accessories, and bralettes are also final sale.
Southern Hope is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, any lost packages, items damaged in transit, or items marked delivered. For any of these issues, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
